1. Polyacrylamide for Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR Polymer)
This product is a solid powder of polyacrylamide copolymer. These polymers exhibit high molecular weight, high viscosity, and excellent solubility. This series of polymers can be directly prepared and diluted with seawater or sewage, which helps to conserve water resources, reduce emissions, mitigate the environmental and ecological impacts of polymer injection, and cut costs. Under relatively low injection viscosity conditions, they can achieve higher reservoir pressure recovery, which is more favorable for increasing production. Only a small amount of this polymer is needed to achieve a significant polymer injection effect, resulting in greater enhanced oil recovery and a clear input-output advantage.
2. Polyacrylamide for Friction Reducer
This product is a polyacrylamide copolymer presented in the form of a solid powder or emulsion. When applied to water-based or oil-based fracturing fluids, it can effectively reduce the friction coefficient of the fracturing fluid and minimize pressure loss. The drag-reducing agent in powder or emulsion form can be rapidly dispersed and dissolved in water, delivering quick-acting results. This makes it highly suitable for use in on-site mixing equipment in the field. Moreover, this series of products also demonstrates excellent salt resistance, enabling it to be effectively utilized in the refilling and reinjection processes of fracturing fluid flowback.
It has following characteristics:
i) Ready to use, has high drag reduction and sand carrying performance, easy to flow back.
ii) There are different models suitable for the preparation both with fresh water and brine.
3. Profile Control and Water Plugging Agent
This series of products is mainly used for water plugging in oil wells. Chemical water plugging agents are injected into high water bearing layers using a water plugging pipe column. After reacting in the formation, the chemical water plugging agent blocks the target layer, reducing the water output of the oil well. Suitable for oil well plugging in medium to high permeability sandstone. It can realize three different ways of profile control and water plugging function: delaying cross-linking, pre-crosslinking and secondary cross-linking.
4. Coating Agent for Drilling Fluid
This product is a modified polyacrylamide copolymer designed to preserve drilling fluid stability, effectively suppress shale hydration expansion, and promote drilling cuttings concentration for efficient removal.
The polymer series exhibits excellent solubility in fresh water, brine, and saturated brine. It provides effective encapsulation of rock debris and demonstrates remarkable high - temperature resistance, maintaining its performance at temperatures exceeding 150℃.
