CO2 Curing No-bake Alkaline Phenolic Resin

Characteristic：

No harmful casting elements such as N, P, S, etc., especially suitable for casting production of carbon steel, alloy steel and ductile iron parts.

Low content of free phenol and free aldehyde in resin, environmental protection and health.

The sand mold (core) has good collapsibility.

The resin can be used for a long time.

The process is simple, the production efficiency is high, and automatic production can be realized.

Packaging and storage

(1) Sealed and stored in a cool, dry place, avoiding heat or sunlight. When the storage temperature is 5℃≤ 25℃ , the shelf life is 6 months.

(2) Packed in iron drums with a net weight of 240kg per drum. Or at customer's request.
