Characteristics

Special resin reinforcement agent is added to the coating to increase its adhesion strength with the white mold and provide good rigidity to the shape, solving casting deformation problem. The coating has high strength after drying, without moisture regain, cracking, or delamination, significantly improving the casting yield.

Good suspension and quick drying properties, can be naturally dried in the air or dried at 50 ℃ -55 ℃, easy to use on site

Application guide

1. Use high-speed disperser at high speed, and after dispersion evenly, use purified water to adjust it to desired Baume degree for use.

2.Apply for Brush coating, flow coating, immersion coating, spray coating process. After dispersion, please use it as soon as possible

3. Large castings or hot junction areas of castings need to be coated twice, or a combination of several coatings should be used

Cautions

1.After the initial high-speed dispersion, the speed should be gradually reduced to exhaust the air inside the coating；

2. In summer, clean the tank periodically to prevent coating deterioration；

3. In winter, keep warm to prevent freezing when the temperature is too low

Packaging and Storage

25kg-30kg, stored in a cool and dry place, shelf life is 3 months
