Lost Foam dry powder paint

Characteristics
Special resin reinforcement agent is added to the coating to increase its adhesion strength with the white mold and provide good rigidity to the shape, solving casting deformation problem. The coating has high strength after drying, without moisture regain, cracking, or delamination, significantly improving the casting yield.
Good suspension and quick drying properties, can be naturally dried in the air or dried at 50 ℃ -55 ℃, easy to use on site
l Excellent coating and leveling properties, good breathability of the coating, good sand resistance, easy cleaning of the castings, smooth surface;
l High refractoriness, no sand sticking on the surface of castings;
l High coating strength, no cracking, no foaming;
l Good suspension stability

Application guide
Place the coating in a container, add clean water, and use a high-speed disperser to disperse it evenly. After dispersion, stir at low speed to remove any bubbles in the coating and adjust it to the appropriate Baume degree.
Can be used for flow coating, immersion coating, spray coating
For large castings or areas prone to sand adhesion, it is recommended to apply a layer of alcohol based lost foam coating in advance to improve the coating's resistance to sand adhesion and iron erosion.
Cautions
After the initial high-speed dispersion, the speed should be gradually reduced to exhaust the air inside the coating.
2. During summer use, it is necessary to periodically clean the paint tank to prevent the paint from deteriorating
When using well mixed coatings in winter, it is necessary to keep them warm to prevent freezing when the temperature is too low
